Lupus healing part 2

So far so good. Qi Gong practice everyday and drinking my Chinese medicine. I don't mind nasty tasting medicine sometimes but when it is twice a day, I drag to cook them up and put them in my mouth. But the truth is, both are helping with my lupus.

My QiGong practice consist of doing certain stance for a period of time and then perform some body movements. While holding my stance position, I could feel my Qi running through my body and going out through my hands. Usually within minutes, I start sweating because of the running Qi. And my itching goes down significantly after each practice.

Well, I found a QiGong master here who is a teacher in an TCM school and he has QiGong classes every Fridays and Saturdays. So I am going to check it out to see if he is any good.
